2023 brought us 29 weddings. Of those, 11 included us doing some sort of video which is by far the most we’ve done in a year. 21 of our weddings were within an hour of Madison and only 2 were out of state. The only two months that we did not have a wedding were February and November.
One of our main goals is to be able to offer a more intimate and comfortable wedding day experience to our couples. One of the ways we approach this is by providing an option that allows them to capture their day via photo and video without multiple teams following them around all day. Our business has been offering video as an add-on for four seasons now but it still very much feels like it’s new to us. Despite using cameras, it’s a very different experience vs photo and continues to challenge us to get better.
We have now both been full time in this business for 8 years (9 for Larissa) and 16 years overall, which is pretty crazy to think about. This wouldn’t be possible without the incredible people who have trusted us and supported us along the way. Thank you all so much!
