2021 was year two of Covid Weddings but for the most part, our weddings were back to looking like pre-covid celebrations. There was a mix of reschedules from 2020 and new 2021 dates. We were introduced to some incredible new venues all over the state of Wisconsin and reunited with some venues in Iowa and Illinois. The season started on May 1st down in Dubuque and ended with our first ever New Years Eve Wedding at The Madison Club.
Weddings are always so full of love and happiness, and they always bring people together who’s paths may not otherwise cross. A lot of our couples are even introduced to us by past clients. Something funny happened in 2021 however…twice. We had two separate couples who met at weddings that we photographed. Not only did they meet, but they were also the best men and maids of honor at the prior weddings. How crazy is that? It was so fun to be a part of their special days and seeing our past clients is always such a welcome bonus.
I feel like a broken record because I say this all the time but it’s sooo true. We are able to do what we do and live this life that we love because of all our incredible couples. You bring us so much joy and we can’t thank you all enough for allowing us to capture some of your most important moments.
