We found ourselves at a new (for us) venue on Saturday, the Blue Mound Golf & Country Club in Wauwatosa, WI. Wow, this place is stunning! We often get asked if we have shot at a specific venue before, and a lot of the time the answer is no! There are so many venues around our area that even with 35 weddings a year and this being our 11th year capturing weddings, we see so many different ones! That is okay though, we will still capture amazing pictures for you! A lot of the times we are MORE creative at new venues!
Kayla and Logan didn’t have this worry and fully trusted in us to capture their day as it happened. Which was so easy to do! Kayla chose her colors and decorations around a simple and classic feel, and the blush, gold and white colors were perfect! Plus, the navy suits brought everything together beautifully. Mix this all in with the unique character of the Blue Mound Country Club, and it’s a perfect wedding day.
One of my favorite moments of the day was when Kayla’s Mom surprised them with fireworks! All of the guests sat out on the patio, and it was a legit fireworks show!
The day was so incredible, and we are so happy to have captured Kayla and Logan’s day!
