Last Tuesday we had an engagement session scheduled for Bridget and Bret. The weather was not in our favor, with a high percentage of rain for the hours we had them on the calendar for. After some back and forth on what we should do, Bridget and Bret decided to go for it. I always tell our couples that taking risks at their sessions is so worth it, and this couldn’t have been more true for their session. We bumped up the session time to an hour earlier and got in 30 minutes of pictures before the storm blew in. And dang, did we get a lot of pictures in that short amount of time! The weather went from hot and humid with a small breeze, to intense gusts and a dramatic sky within minutes.
So. worth. it.
