We traveled all over the state in October, and one of the towns we hit was Mequon and the Concorida University campus for the most beautiful engagement session. We have never been here, and were immediately blown away by the gorgeous views. Wow! I don’t think Lake Michigan could get any more blue than it was here. Concordia University turned out to be the perfect spot for Alisha and Scott’s engagement session!
We did some walking (and a TON of steps) to get to some great locations, but in the end it was totally worth the thigh workout that I got. Alisha and Scott were incredible, making our jobs a breeze with their amazing smiles and lots of laughter. Even when I had Alisha walking on sharp rocks in heels, she didn’t even question it and made it look so easy! Not to mention, we had some amazing Fall colors! I say this every post, but Fall engagement sessions are my favorite! The Maple trees were just about at peak, and the campus was covered in them!
These Fall colors also went amazing with the outfits that Alisha and Scott picked out, which is always something I want our couples to know! Make sure when picking out your outfits for your engagement session, to think about the surrounding area that will be a part of your pictures. Not only can your clothes color choices clash with what your significant other is wearing, but they can also clash with the environment! The yellows and blues in their wardrobe couldn’t have complimented these Fall and beach colors any better!
